February Activities @ Christian Life Center

Adult Fitness Classes

Fitness classes at the Christian Life Center (CLC) will be offered for only $5 per month.  This fee gives you access to unlimited classes throughout the month and will be collected the first week of fitness classes.  We continue to encourage you to pre-register for the classes you definitely plan to attend in order to ensure adequate space is available for our guests and individuals trying fitness classes for the first time.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it or by calling 289-9153.  When emailing or leaving a voicemail, please provide your name, email address, phone number, and the fitness option(s) - listed below - for which you are signing up.

Remember to invite friends and neighbors to join you, as church membership is not required to participate.  We will continue to intentionally save space in all of our fitness classes especially for these guests.  Hope to see you working out with us very soon!

Open Walking Times

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays from 9:00-11:00am
  • Now that it's getting C-O-L-D outside, come walk indoors at the Christian Life Center!
  • Please sign in on the clipboard each time you come to walk.

Seniors.Exercising.Together (S.E.T.)

  • Mondays from 10:00-10:50am
  • Emphasis on increasing muscular strength & enhancing range of motion.
  • Also focuses on agility, balance, coordination, & more while improving overall fitness & sense of well-being!

Mix It Up Monday (Please bring your own mat.)

  • Mondays from 6:00-6:50pm
  • Every Monday will be slightly different than all the others!
  • Instructors will bring their own unique talents and personalities to this class, which will allow you the opportunity to try out several different class styles - from cardio to strength and everything in between, you're sure to experience much of what fitness has to offer while having some fun along the way!

Body & Soul Toning (Please bring your own mat.  Exercise bands available on-site.)

  • Tuesdays from 7:00-7:50pm
  • Toning is a low-impact class that is highly effective for improving muscle strength and tone...you will feel the burn!
  • Perfect for all fitness levels - including beginners and active seniors.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Cardio (Please bring your own mat.)

  • Thursdays from 6:00-6:50pm
  • Join this POWER Cardio class to take your workouts to the next level!
  • HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is the most cutting-edge cardio class around...no dancing, no eight-count aerobics moves, just a solid 50 minutes of working toward your personal best.
  • All fitness levels are welcome, as modifications are available for all exercises.  Great for men and women alike!

Pilates / Yoga Combo (Please bring your own mat.)

  • Thursdays from 7:00-7:50pm
  • Pilates promotes strengthening of core muscles, improving flexibility, and gaining awareness of breathing.
  • Yoga improves flexibility, strength, and muscle tone while promoting mental calmness and stress reduction.

Child Care for Adult Fitness Classes

  • We are happy to provide child care for your convenience, but please note it is only available upon request.
  • Please call the main church office (964-4249) at least two business days prior to class to make arrangements.

  • Thursday, February 11 & 25 from 9:30-11:00am

Adult Basketball Open Gym (college & up)

  • Every Wednesday from 8:30-11:00pm
