The New Horizons Day Services Ministry provides financial and volunteer support to this adult day care facility, which had its origination in donated space at Ankeny First United Methodist Church. Today, New Horizons is located at the Neveln Community Resource Center, 406 SW School Street, Suite 118, Ankeny, and operates five days a week. New Horizons offers structured and meaningful activities for adults with varying physical or cognitive challenges, and in all age groups. Clients benefit immensely from interaction with staff and fellow-clients, while caregivers are allowed the needed break from their duties. Related Links |
